Ya Get It? P. Nutt at the Hoe-Down in Eureka SpringsWe'd like to take a moment to introduce you to the 4th longest running music theater in the Ozarks!

The Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down in Eureka Springs is not your average music venue. The theater houses its own show, “The George Brothers featuring, P. Nutt, Ponytail, and Girl”, and also offers 3 other shows and special events all year long. The theater has appeared in the movie “War Eagle, Arkansas”, featured on the Whoopi Goldberg radio show "Wake Up With Whoopi", voted "Eureka Springs Business of the Year", and spotlighted in a 2 page article in Harley Davidson's "Hog Tales" Magazine.

This year the Hoe-Down features the George Brothers at 7:30pm from March through October, who are endorsed by Pig Trail Harley-Davidson and the Rockin’ Pig Saloon. The George Brothers are making a name for themselves in country music with their first single, "Brothers, Friends, & Outlaws Forever", which was released in 2011. In their first week after releasing the single, the George Brothers made the Top 20 Requests on Big Star 97 and were #1 Top Request on IR Country Radio. They have been given the DISCovery Award by Music Row Magazine in Nashville, TN and are currently performing all over Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Come check it out! Are you a biker? The guys have their Harley’s on stage ready to go… and they’d love to go riding with you! Bikes usually leave out about 11am on weekends in the Hoe-Down parking lot. Come ride with the George Brothers!

In addition to the George Brothers show, the Hoe-Down will feature 3 other shows in 2012. At 1pm catch the “Absolutely Patsy” show featuring Tracy De Mille as she pays an amazing tribute to the great Pasty Cline. Tracy spent 14 years in Branson and is now appearing at the Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down from April through October. At 3pm, you can see the “Mark Wayne Show” featuring classic country music and comedy from Grandpa Elvis. On Tuesday nights from April through October, you won’t want to miss the “Tribute to the Rat Pack Era and Comedy of Rodney Dangerfield” at 7:30pm. Mario Rosales, from Las Vegas, does a fantastic Rodney Dangerfield impression, and is an excellent singer/performer as well!

Be sure to come hungry! We’ve got hot dogs, chili dogs, nachos, popcorn, candy, cokes, sweet tea, coffee, and sometimes we even have fried pies delivered hot to the theater! PRESS RELEASE:
The Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down Celebrates their 31st Anniversary in Eureka Springs!

Eureka Springs Attractions - P. Nutt and PonytailThe Hoe-Down kicks off yet another season of high engery music, comedy, and fun in 2012 with some brand new features on and off the stage! Owners, Randall and Dawayne George, have stepped it up a notched and added the "George Brothers" music to the show this year.

The long standing tradition continues of providing not only the hottest pickers in the area, but also the kind of comedy that will have you repeating the punch lines for days. It's an all around "feel good" kind of show that will leave you ready to come back for more.

Last year the Hoe-Down lived up to their audience's expections when they said "This year's show could possibly be the best yet!" Returning guests could not have agreed more, and many came back several times - one couple even came back 4 times in one week!

Once again the Hoe-Down has made it a priority to make 2012 even better - not just for the show, but for all of Eureka Springs. The Hoe-Down is kickin' with a new variety of hot pickin' tunes, classic country, great Gospel music, hilarious comedy from P. Nutt, Ponytail, Girl, and the biggest burst of energy one stage can hold!

The 2012 cast is Randall George (lead guitar and drums), DaWayne George (bass guitar), Rick Starnes(drums), Lee Hendrix (keys and vocals), Leslie Wright (vocals and dance), Jay Mischel (sound and lights), and we can't forget P. Nutt, Ponytail, and Girl!

The show begins at 7:30pm with high energy music right from the start! Just when you think you've seen the best show the Ozarks has to offer, the Hoe-Down saves the best for last with a powerful patriotic segment written by the George Brothers saluting all veterans and soldiers who have served this great country.

Children 12 and under are admitted free to the Hoe-Down! If you're looking for excellent lodging packages for Eureka Springs, be sure to ask for our recommendations when you call our ticket office!
